We suggest that you do not provide sensitive information of this nature. If you do wish to provide sensitive information for any reason, TGS accepts your explicit agreement to use that information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy or as described at the point where you choose to disclose.

We recognize that our role in protecting personal information is critical – on behalf of our clients, our candidates and all TGS partners. We are committed to ensuring that all personal data shared and processed within TGS is protected, private and secure, in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and local data protection legislation.

Given the specifics of our business model, there isn’t any more appropriate alternative to storing and processing your data, that will allow us to successfully conduct our normal operations.

The main purpose of processing your personal information is to be able to provide our core services, namely consulting and supporting professionals and job seekers as well as employers having vacancies, with the main goal of signing an employment contract. That may include but is not limited to the following: considering your professional profile for a (confidential) vacancy we recruit for, contacting you in relation to this vacancy and sharing information about it with you, inviting you for an interview, considering your professional and personality fit for the open position and organization, providing confidential information to the client about your candidacy, etc.

Considering the main goals of the processing, there is no standard nor universal period for storing your personal data. Your data is only deleted after your expressed desire.

We apply internal processes that ensure compliance with local legislation and requirements, and train our professionals to work in accordance with these. We ensure that our clients are aware of their roles in protecting personal data, and work with them under defined contractual terms for the sharing of personal data.

In order to present you as a potential candidate to potential employers (TGS clients), your personal information may be shared with clients and/or transferred to TGS affiliates. By choosing to provide TGS with your personal information you indicate your willingness to share and have your information stored by TGS, transferred to TGS affiliates and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of TGS’s recruitment projects.

If you object to your information being shared and transferred in such manner or if you do not wish to participate in this service and benefit from the career searches that TGS provides, please do not enter your personal information into the website.
